Ingredients for 4 people: 300 gr
- . Spaghetti
- 150 gr. fresh tuna 1 tomato
- 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- pepper to taste a few leaves of parsley
- salt
Cook spaghetti. Meanwhile, mince the parsley, cut the tuna into small strips and diced tomato. I warm up pan in the oil, garlic and chilli. Drain the spaghetti and transfer them to the pan along with tuna, tomato and parsley. Season with salt and I jump about 30 seconds and serve immediately. A pleasure to add a few drops of oil.
