E 'Sunday. The little family of emigrants came back from the sea. We eat with what's in your pantry and freezer.
Part 1
Ingredients for 4:
3 nests at the head of wheat noodles
a pot of boiled chickpeas
a bag of mushrooms frozen or dried mushrooms
Joint fried (carrot, celery and onions) and parsley frozen
a teaspoon vegetable homemade nut oil
grated Parmesan cheese, if you deem it appropriate
Fry the mixture to a lightly fried in olive oil. Add mushrooms (if dried, ammollateli before) and bring to a half-cooked. Now add the chickpeas well-drained and rinsed from the liquid storage and nut (or salt). Cook another 5 - 10 minutes. Boil the pasta, toss in the sauce, add parsley and Parmesan.

From today inaugurated a new label PLATE student - the student is said to dish made with ingredients easily found in supermarkets. Of course the homemade nut can be replaced with ... a pinch of salt;)
