Sour Stomach For Months

Radicchio Salad with red rice and nuts

I draw more from the archive of the feast of my son. After the sweets, that's salty. The original recipe calls for farro, I used a fragrant red rice wild because what I had.
Ingredients for 4:
180 g of red rice
2 heads of radicchio
a bunch of rocket
50 g walnuts 100 g
Fontina d'Aosta
a Granny Smith apple green
oil, salt , lemon
Boil the rice for 45 minutes or half-time in a pressure cooker covered with water flush. Lightly toast the walnuts. Wash, dry and chop salads.
