Instructions For Building Atreasure Chest

cold zucchini soup



Ingredients: Butter .............................
• ......... 100 gr. •
.......... 80 grams grated parmesan. •
................................... 5 or 6 zucchini onion

• • clove 'Tuscan garlic bread or homemade
• ..... •
8 or 9 slices of meat or vegetable broth ...... 1 liter
• salt, pepper and oil

Cut the zucchini into rounds of about half a centimeter thick. Heat the broth. Put 20 grams of butter in a pan and fry the finely chopped onion with a clove of garlic. When the onion is golden, add the zucchini and cook for two or three minutes, then add the boiling stock, cover and cook for 25-30 minutes. While the soup is cooking sliced bread and toast in the oven so that it remains quite crisp. Pepper, taste and add salt if necessary, remove about a quarter of the zucchini and set aside. Remove the soup from the heat and pass it to the mill. Put on the fire for fifteen minutes so that it is a cream smooth and uniform.
